Description:
I am a family based cow calf producer. Our cattle are raised on over 1300 acres of pasture and timberland. We strive for great quality and clean beef.
Production Practices:
Our herd is free of hormones and antibiotics, they thrive on a large piece of land which they are able to graze different areas throughout the different seasons.

Grazing, Pasture and Nutrient Management Practices:
100% open range pasture raised. Natural free range, with seasonal rotation depending on weather. Finished at the ranch on pasture.
We are in the process of cross fencing to better able rotational grazing. I disc any low producing pastures when needed. Our cattle are on open range so no problems with manure. Heavily used areas are drug with a harrow to break up manure piles.
For insect control, we use dust bags, ear tags, and a pour on. Also during fly season we use a loose mineral with fly control in it.
Environmental Conservation:
We have lots of habitat area with forestland also this is a no hunting Ranch and has been for years. Aside from a known predator if it becomes a repeat problem.
